Return, Refund, and Exchange

We have a pretty straightforward and simple return, refund, and exchange policies.

EXCHANGE

When you receive your order and want to exchange it with a different product, it MUST be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels.  First, you will need to contact us stating your reason for exchange.  This is for documentation purposes.  Once approved, you will need to ship the original order back to us, at your own expense. When we receive it, we will inspect if it's unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels.  Then, we will issue a store credit in the form of a code, and you will use that code to make a new purchase.  

RETURN

When you receive your order and have changed your mind and you want to return it, it MUST be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels.  First, you will need to contact us stating your reason for returning the item/s.  This is for documentation purposes.  Once approved, you will need to ship the original order back to us, at your own expense. When we receive it, we will inspect if it's unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels.  Then, we will issue a store credit only in the form of a code, not a full refund.  

REFUND

All refunds will be processed in the form of a store credit by virtue of a coupon code.  You can use that code to make a new purchase in the future.

We will only process a money-back IF you received a damaged or incorrect item.  If you opt for a refund, not a replacement, we will refund the money back to the original payment method used, excluding the shipping and handling cost.  It will take 3-5 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on which bank or financial institution you are with.  

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to connect the device, our friendly customer support will first try to help you out via email or Skype call. Our support will determine if it's really defective or not.  

Other reasons like buyer's remorse or undelivered due to incorrect address, we will only issue a store credit by virtue of a coupon code.
